WESPES

Wespes are a recent plague upon Eorzea. These aggressive, unpleasant vilekin apparently stowed away on trade ships returning from the New World, and then escaped into the wilds. (1)

While able to produce honey themselves, they share no sympathy with bees, and prey upon them mercilessly whenever possible. (1) (2)

FLOWER WESPE

Flower wespes are seldom seen outside of orchards. Territorial to an extreme, they will sometimes assault honeybees pollinating the trees, and the odd unfortunate farmer just trying to gather his crops. (1)
